The Workout Space
A major part of strengthening self-love is feeling good and being healthy! The Workout Space offers a positive environment to get back into it, no strings attached! All classes are drop-in. Check out the class schedule and come sweat with us!

Venue Rental
Our space is available to rent! Contact us if you are a workout instructor looking for a space to teach your own classes OR are looking for a space to hold social clubs or events! We look forward to hearing from you!
Workout Instructors
$25/hour
Must provide personal insurance. Bring your own clients and equipment. No equipment from The Workout Space is available for renting. Currently seeking Yoga and Zumba instructors.
Social Clubs/Meetings
$40/hour
Must provide personal insurance. Venue comes as is.
Special Events
$125/hour
Chairs and tables provided. Bring your own music.
All rental use descriptions must be approved by owner,
Corri Lindholm, before an agreement is made.
